The staff at the hotel were friendly and pleasant, providing good customer service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions and amenities nearby making it convenient for our city trip. We enjoyed the comfortable and cozy room with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

We absolutely loved this place! It's located right next to the museum, making it a great spot to explore the area. Despite being so close, it's still in a quiet and safe area, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The service here is excellent–we were able to request room service, laundry, and even ironing facilities. The staff were extremely helpful, bringing us extra amenities like an in-room safe, free toiletries, and even a kettle. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a good selection of TV channels. We were also delighted to find free Wi-Fi in our rooms.

The breakfast offered at the hotel falls short. The continental style breakfast lacks variety and quality, making it overpriced for what is offered.

Great location for Gillian Lynne Theatre and other attractions, close to tube stations too. Spacious room with good water pressure in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff allowed early check-in. Comfy bed and pillows, super clean room. Near a quiet park and within walking distance to central London.

I did notice that some of the carpets in the hotel were tired and in need of replacement.
